You can also choose the engine most suited to your driving needs as there are four which include the petrol 2.3 litre Duratec engine (with rear-wheel drive), the 2.2 litre diesel Duratorq TDCi engine (with front-wheel drive), the 2.4 litre diesel Duratorq TDCi engine (with rear-wheel drive), 3.2 litre Duratorq TDCi engine (with rear-wheel drive) and a 2.4 litre Duratorq TDCi engine (with All-Wheel Drive). The All-Wheel Drive option will give you extra confidence if you require your Transit for driving in slippery or off-road surfaces such as building sites.
The high roof of this Transit is balanced by the large wheel base as it’s available with a medium wheel base (MWB), long wheel base (LWB) and the extra large Jumbo Van model is also available.
